Taco Lasagna GF

I had two pounds of ground beef, diced onion, diced tomatoes , in the fridge and corn tortillas to use up, so I decided taco Lasagna was a good use for it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Brown your ground beef with onions, drain grease. Add water and taco seasoning, cook until water is evaporated.

* Step 2

Toss in the beans, cook for a few min, add tomatoes, Taco sauce, and spinach and cook until spinach is wilted

* Step 3

In a baking dish, layer tortillas, beef mixture, and shredded cheese. Top finally with cheese and green onion or cilantro.

* Step 4

Bake at 375° for 25 min.

* Step 5

Serve hot with sour cream on the side or on top.
