Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut eggplant into thin circular slices, squeeze lemon on slices
* Step 2
Grind red chili flakes whole coriander whole cumin and salt into homogenous mixture
* Step 3
Spread this spice mix on egg plant slices and keep aside
* Step 4
Beat egg in a bowl, dip each slice in egg and fry on low flame
* Step 5
Arrange slices on a plate, add yogurt and slices of cucumber and carrot for dressing, enjoy
