* Step 1
Check out all ingredients ready to cook
* Step 2
Make sugar syrup
Boil water,add sugar,let it dissolve completely.keep simmering at low flame for quite some time till syrup starts to bit thicken(no need for very thick syrup).turn off heat and add lemon juice and pinch of saffron, Keep aside
* Step 3
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.beat egg and melt ghee.knead a soft dough.cover it and keep for least 1/2 hour
* Step 4
Make medium round balls from dough.keep in an opn tray covered under damp cloth for 15-20 mins. Then deep fry in oil till golden
* Step 5
Dip balls in sugar syrup. Then take out. Sprinkle almonds nuts slivers on top
* Step 6
Enjoy homemade national sweet of Pakistan and enjoy Eid.
