Quick boondi laddo

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil chana daal at high flame by adding 2 cups water or take whistles 3 to 5 in pressure cooker

* Step 2

Now take out boiled chana daal.drain extra water.mash hard and just fry at high flame in oil like fritters in any shape doesn't matter

* Step 3

Now blend these fritters keep aside.otherside put sugar and one third water with pinch of yellow food color in a pan and make one string syrup.

* Step 4

Add crushed fritters into syrup and boil for 5 minutes until it soak all syrup and just cover it after turn off the flame and sit for 5 minutes to let it cool down.

* Step 5

At this step you can add chopped nuts and one tsp Desi ghee or butter also fine.wear gloves to make quick laddoo
