Here is our so happy festival in India LOHRI.this is traditional and famous common dish of every home there in punjab in winters. #happylohri

Ingredient

1 cup

desi ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast sesame seeds.now take out in a pan

* Step 2

Just melt the ghee at low flame and add roasted till.now add crushed jaggery and just wait to melt it.donot add any of water of ghee to melt it.

* Step 3

Mix well gently when its totally melted let it cool down bit not too cold.you can eat directly or make laddoos by greasing hands.but once it cool down totally it will not help to make laddoos
