Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First rinse daal in warm water then saok for atleast 30 minutes or 1 hour.it saves gas and time.now start cooking by adding 4 cups around water and salt+pepper+hing+1 tbsp oil
* Step 2
Wait for 3 whistles and check if still looks little uncooked then openly boil at medium flame.daal should look thick and soft.donot overcook bcuz it will become more thick after some time by itself
* Step 3
For tadka roast cumin seeds+ginger+garlic+mustard seeds.make golden and add onion.add red chilli powder and garam masala after making golden the onions.
* Step 4
Now when it looks dark golden onion with spices add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get softened.add tadka to lentil and enjoy so yumm daal.stay safe stay healthy and happy
