Potato onion bhaji

Very good snacks for tea party. Specially when is raining have some tea and bhajiya.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 to 6 servings

20 to 30 min

coriander leaves

as per taste

1/2 tsp

turmeric,

1/2 tsp

Carom seed,

1/2 tsp

ginger,

as required

gram flour

, 2tbsp

rice flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

3cup grahm flower, 2tbsp rice flower add ginger chili paste, fresh coriander leaves, 1tbsp salt, 1/4 tbsp turmeric, 1sp ceramseed and water

Cut potato and onion slices and deep into the mixer and deepfry them.

Ready to eat enjoy with Masala yogurt or tea or garlic chutney.
