This fluffy frosting easily frosts a 9x13 cake! This makes a delicious filling for a layer cake as well!
Ingredient
1/2 Cup
room temp butter
2 2/3 Cup
Confectionery Sugar - Sifted
3/4 Cup
Unsweetened Cocoa - Sifted
1/4 Cup
Milk
1/2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
(or to taste) table or sea salt
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Using the whisk attachment, - Cream butter well, until it is white and fluffy. You may need to scrape the sides a few times.
* Step 2
Sift together Salt, Confectionery Sugar and Cocoa
* Step 3
Add the sifted Sugar mix SLOWLY to the butter. Mix well after each addition
* Step 4
Slowly add ¼ Cup Milk & vanilla extract. Mix well! Scrape sides and bottom of bowl well!
* Step 5
If needed* add additional 1 tsp milk to make creamier
* Step 6
Mix on high until doubled in volume!
