Note- I didn't use oil because most oil, even healthy ones, like Avocado oil, have 120 calories per 1 TBS. They are very crispy without oil.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 275 degrees
* Step 2
Rinse Kale really well and dry very good. (If you don't dry it good, it wont crisp up.)
* Step 3
Place on baking sheet lined with foil and lightly sprinkle kale with seasoning.
* Step 4
Bake at 275 degrees for 20 mins. (as soon as the edges start to brown, it will burn fast, so watch it carefully.)
