Hungarian Rice
This Hungarian rice pairs perfectly with the chicken paprika.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a 6-quart pot, heat butter and oil. Add in rice and brown it. Add in onion and peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add broth, bay leaf and salt (optional) cover and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil, turn heat down to low and cover pot. Cook for 20 minutes.
* Step 3
After the 20 minutes stir the rice, recover and let stand for 10 minutes.
