No oil no onion PIZZA SAUCE with fresh herbs
I don’t tolerate onions so I’ve learned to cook without them and I usually leave out garlic too because although it’s easier for me it still makes me tired. If you are missing that garlic flavor add some garlic powder to the sauce as well.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour approximately 18 ounces crushed or diced tomatoes in a pot.
* Step 2
Finely chop basil, oregano and rosemary. Slide your fingernails along the thyme stem to remove the leaves. Add all fresh herbs, paprika, salt and garlic powder (optional) to the pot.
* Step 3
Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Spread on pizza crust, add toppings and bake at 425 degrees F. 15-18 minutes.
