Quinoa salad
A wholesome salad that is perfect for lunch or dinner #MyCookBook week 4 of the cookbook challenge!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Following the instructions on the quinoa packet, cook the quinoa until ready and set aside to cool
* Step 2
Chop up all of your ingredients and add to the cooled quinoa
* Step 3
You can enjoy the salad In a wrap, or by itself! Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
