Honey soy tofu wraps

A easy and delicious lunch or dinner full of flavor, protein and vegetables

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
2 tbsp

honey

6 tbsp

soy sauce

450 g

Firm tofu

1 tsp

ginger

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the tofu into small rectangular pieces and mix all the marinate ingredients together. Place the marinate and tofu into a bowl and leave for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Whilst waiting chop all you wrap ingredients up and set aside

Heat a fry pan on medium heat and put your marinated tofu in the pan with a quarter cup of the leftover marinate

* Step 4

Take off the heat when the tofu is golden brown

Now build you wraps!
