Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a sauce pan, add olive oil and saute onion and red bell pepper for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly until the onion have softened.

* Step 2

Add the garlic and spices. Saute for about 1 minutes until fragrant.

* Step 3

Add the canned tomatoes and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer until the sauce have reduced. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

* Step 4

Once the sauce have reduced, make a well on the sauce and cracked the egg on each well. Cover the pan for 6-8 minutes or until the egg is done to your liking.

* Step 5

Garnish with feta cheese crumbs and a generous amount of chopped cilantro. Serve immediate with bread.
