Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 12 cavity muffin tin.

* Step 2

Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices in a large bowl. Set aside

* Step 3

In separate bowl, beat eggs until well beaten. Add oil and mix until combine. Add pumpkin purée and mix until smooth.

* Step 4

Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix well until smooth

* Step 5

Add apple cider vinegar and mix well to fully incorporate.

* Step 6

Fill each muffin mold about 2/3 full. Generously sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.

* Step 7

Bake 25 minutes. Check doneness with toothpick or small knife.
