Black Cabbage
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the cabbage. Melt the bacon fat in a pot that has a good fitting lid. Coat the cabbage with the bacon fat as the cabbage simmers. Add 1 cup water allow to reduce and cabbage to caramelized. Add the second cup of water deglazing the bottom of the pot.
* Step 2
Stir into the cabbage the soya sauce. Simmer 15 minutes then serve I hope you enjoy!!
