Braunschweiger on a Bun
Kinda taste like potted meat. This idea came to me a few years ago when I was experimenting around with making sauces. I used to mix mustard, mayonnaise, creamy horseradish sauce, and pickle relish together. Sometimes I would use thousand island dressing and so on. Then I found this relish already made. It was tart a bit. Perfect for the rich Braunschweiger. Then added the Dukes mayonnaise because it's flavor was different then the other brands. It was a balanced flavor.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gather the ingredients. Divide the Braunschweiger in half. Then slice each slice in half.
* Step 2
Add the relish and mayonnaise to the buns. If you like you can toast the buns first. Then on each bun add the Braunschweiger one piece cut side down then cut side up. This allows an equal bite in the center where the two pieces of Braunschweiger meet. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
