Delicious soup a bit hearty, but for a day working in the yard it was perfect. I paired this up for a soup and salad day with German Potato Salad Batch 2.

Ingredient

1/2 pound

ditalini pasta

1 pound

bacon

48 ounces

chicken broth

3 stalks

celery

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

ground black pepper

1 teaspoon

granulated garlic

1 teaspoon

ground paprika

1 tablespoon

parsley flakes

1/2 teaspoon

thyme

1/2 teaspoon

herbs de Provence

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop all the vegetables. Slice the salami on a bias

* Step 2

Fry the bacon when partially rendered, add the black pepper fry, add the salami, and fry till crispy.

* Step 3

Add the vegetables and ground sirloin to the bacon drippings. Sauté the vegetables till tender. Sauté the Sirlion till browned. Season the vegetables and sirlion with the seasonings.

Add the beans, pasta, and broth.

Cook till pasta is to your desired doneness. Top with swiss cheese and serve. I hope you enjoy!!
