"Homemade EASTER EGGS"

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl. Beat peanut butter, vanilla, butter until blended. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar & graham cracker crumbs. Shape into 16 eggs. Place on wax paper. Refrigerate 30 munutes.(I usd a # 40 scoop).
* Step 2
In microwave melt chocolate chips & shortening. Stir until smooth. Dip eggs in chocolate. Allow excess to drip off.
* Step 3
Return to wax paper. Refrigerate 30 min. Decorate if you want or just leave plain. I drizzled melted chocolate over mine. Stored them in Freezer.
