Cheesy Egg Fluffs

Ingredient

1 teaspoon

cream of tartar

1 pinch

salt

As needed

butter optional

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

* Step 2

Separate the egg yokes from the whites

Beat the cream of tarter and egg whites till stiff

* Step 4

Mix the yokes and cream cheese Till it's incorporated well.

* Step 5

Fold the egg whites into the egg yolks mixture. Don't allow the whites to go flat.

* Step 6

Add to a baking pan in 8 inch round disc. Bake 30 minutes.

* Step 7

When done brush tops with butter and a bit of kosher salt. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
