Absolutely the easiest gravy to make in the world. A Southern classic!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put the ham, ham fat, and skin in a pan and render the fat.
* Step 2
Save the ham slices and set aside when caramelized on both sides and cooked done.
* Step 3
Save the excess unrendered fat and skin for another recipe.
* Step 4
Now scrap a bit off the bottom of the pan.
* Step 5
Add the coffee and bring to a boil.
* Step 6
Simmer for 10-15 minutes. It's done I hope you enjoy!!
* Step 7
Serve over ham, rice, and so on. I hope you enjoy!!
