Potatoes with Carrots
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add salt to the water. Wash the potatoes. Then peel the carrots. Chop the carrots.
* Step 2
Slice the potatoes into bite sized pieces.
* Step 3
Add the carrots and Potatoes to the water and bring to a boil. Boil 7 minutes. Remove from the water.
* Step 4
Heat the butter and dice the onion. Add the onion to the butter when the onion turns translucent add the olive oil, garlic, potatoes, and carrots.
* Step 5
Sauté the potatoes and carrots.
* Step 6
When the potatoes brown just a bit they are done.
