Fried Porkchop batch18

One of the all time favorite especially served with gravy or Heinz Tomato Ketchup!!!

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1-1/2 teaspoon

seasoned salt

1/2 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and dry the porkchops. Add seasonings to the pork.

* Step 2

Heat the oil. Season the flour with the salt.

* Step 3

Dredge the pork chops in the cornstarch.

* Step 4

Add the chops to a gallon sized ziploc bag. Then add the flour. Let it sit in the flour for 7 minutes then fry in the hot oil.

* Step 5

Turn as needed. Fry till all are done. Stack on paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil.

Let them rest.
