Hot Fried Chicken with Veggies

Ingredient

Food ration :

6-8 servings
1 teaspoon

ground paprika

1/4 cup

pickle juice

1 tablespoon

sugar

2-1/2 pound

chicken thighs

1/4 cup

water

1/4 cup

hot sauce

1 teaspoon

celery salt

1 teaspoon

dried thyme

1 teaspoon

ground sage

1 teaspoon

dried marjoram

1/4 teaspoon

nutmeg

as needed

pickle slices

1/2 cup

mayonnaise

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil mix the hot oil ingredients and set aside

Flour the chicken with the breading ingredients.

Let sit 5 minutes

Mix the batter ingredients

Dip the breaded chicken into the batter and fry till done move to a bowl with a lid

Add hot oil mixture after stirring it making sure the oil is mixed up and not separated.

Add pickle on top and serve.

Mix the mayonnaise and Horseradish

Coat the mixed vegetables and fry

Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils
