Awesome kinda a play on Southern fried fish.
Ingredient
2 pounds
chicken breast boneless and skinless
to taste
seasoned salt
1 teaspoon
granulated garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
ground black pepper
1 cup
sour cream
1/4 cup
mayonnaise
1-1/2 tablespoon
red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon
dill weed
1 cup
crumbled Bleu cheese
1/4 cup
chopped parsley flakes
as needed
peanut oil to medium fry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil.
* Step 2
Slice the chicken strips and season
* Step 3
Add cornbread mix
* Step 4
Fry into batches
* Step 5
Turn as needed
* Step 6
Move to paper towels to absorb excessive oils
* Step 7
Repeat till all chicken is done
* Step 8
Mix the Bleu cheese, parsley, dill weed, mayonnaise, and vinegar, and sour cream.
* Step 9
Mix well add seasoned salt to taste.
* Step 10
