Drunken pork with vegetables

So very delicious and tender a good way to have vegetables

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1 teaspoon

ground sage

1-1/2 teaspoon

celery salt

1-1/2 teaspoon

ground black pepper

1 cup

water

1 cup

rice wine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a hot pot add the pork and water

* Step 2

Dice your eggplant and onion. Chop your carrots. Add to the pot

* Step 3

Add the spices except 1 teaspoon of celery salt, chocolate and sage

Add the whole stick of butter on top of meat

Cover and let melt

When the butter melts add wine, chocolate, and sage

Cover and simmer 10 minutes turn over and add the rest of the celery salt, half a teaspoon to the pork simmer 10 minutes

Turn on side and cook 4 minutes per side. the eggplant should become the sauce it will cook down
