Creamy turmeric sauce

Turmeric is a great anti inflammatory its very heathy. It has many healing properties. The reason for the coconut milk is it won't counteract the healing properties of the turmeric. Almond milk , and others like it will. The garlic and onion also are very good for you.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 servings
2/3 tsp

salt

1/3 tsp

turmeric

1/3 tsp

onion powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan till warmed remove from heat

* Step 2

Spread all the dry ingredients out on bottom. Let sit 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Turn heat on add the coconut milk. Bring to a boil reduce to simmer till your desired thickness. Make sure you stir, don't let it burn.

The thicker the sauce the more the flavor.

* Step 5

Goes well over meat, burgers, veggies, and so on. Hope you enjoy!
