Chicken onion cups

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Boil the chicken in water, salt, and celery. Boil till chicken is done.
* Step 3
Cut two onions in half lengthwise. Hollow them out..set into a cupcake pan
* Step 4
Shred the chicken add to a pan with butter, paprika, pepper, inside of onions, chopped sweet peppers, garlic, and parsley. Add some of the chicken water. Just to keep moist.
* Step 5
When onions and peppers are soft, add chicken mixture to hollowed onions. Then top with cheese bake in oven 20-25 minutes.
