Stuffed breakfast peppers
Low carb high in vitamins and iron
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 400°Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Brown the sausage . Cuthe pepper in half top to bottom. Carefully remove the seeds and ribs of peppers.
* Step 3
Add sausage to peppers. Add an egg to each pepper. Grate cheese over each egg. I used a microplainer
* Step 4
Put in oven bake 30 minutes. Serve, hope you enjoy!
