Cheesy sausage with poached eggs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pot brown your sausage. Drain the liquids off.
* Step 3
Add mozzarella cheese stirring constantly till cheese and sausage is incorporated. Then add water when cheese can be lifted off the bottom without sticking drain liquid off. take cheesy sausage and put on a plate form into a big patty. Add paprika, garlic, and pepper.
* Step 4
In a pot of boiling water add the two eggs. When the whites are done remove to top of cheesy sausage patty. Sprinkle just a little paprika and cilantro over entire dish.
