My Mom made these. I Love mustard greens its my favorite of the greens, collards, mustard, and turnips

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 tbsp

sugar

1 quart

water

1/4 lb

bacon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Look over the greens and wash them very well

* Step 2

Put the salt, bacon water, vinegar, and sugar. Bring to boil. Chop the mustard greens add to liquid cover cook till tender.

* Step 3

Serve hope you enjoy!
