Vegetable casserole

I saw this easy recipe online. It looked like something healthy and yet comfort providing while the weather transitions. This was my 1st attempt.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees F

* Step 2

In a greased 9x13 dish, put in your broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and onions. Make sure everything is spread out evenly.

* Step 3

In a medium mixing bowl, beat six eggs, then whisk in flour. Next whisk in milk. This is where I added the salt and pepper and chili flakes for heat.

* Step 4

Put in the oven for 45-55 minutes.

* Step 5

So this is what I noted and other things to try next time...I will probably add more seasoning to the vegetables and the mixture as it still was a bit bland. I added cheese to the top before baking but will try adding cheese to the mixture as well. Maybe add garlic. It is good and the veggies get done. I think it would be easy to make keto as well.
