Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan sear turtle lightly salt and pepper and garlic
* Step 2
In a pot put all ingredients in cover with 2 quart of broth if more liquids is needed cover the rest with water cook till boiling add rue stir till thicken simmer for about 20 minutes
* Step 3
Use the dripping in pan and olive oil add flour stir in making a paste add oil if needed when it's a paste not to runny remove from heat add to stew need to stir well till it thickens if it to thick add a little water and stir till thinned to your desire serve with rice or biscuits or both
