This quinoa mexican style salad is one of the salad that people on diet can easily consume. It not only gives energy but will also gives nutrition to body and helps it in tone.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and chop all the veggies bad directed.
* Step 2
Cook the quinoa as per package instructions.
* Step 3
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients with oil, vinegar and seasoning. Toss them well.
* Step 4
Pour lemon juice over it and again give a nice toss.
* Step 5
Quinoa healthy salad is ready to serve.
