Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixer jar take mango cubes, sugar, cardamom powder and ice cubes with half of the milk. Blend all these until smooth.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl take yogurt,rest of the milk and the prepared mango puree.
* Step 3
Whisk all together with the wire whisk and blend it to smooth lassi.
* Step 4
Pour the lassi in serving glasses.
* Step 5
Garnish with saffron strands, almond and pistachio.
