Made this aloo Chaat Delhi wali to calm the craving in lockdown. The crispy , crunchy, tangy , sweet flavors will get tingle with this chaat.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a pan on a medium flame and add all the spices mention under chaat masala. Dry roast all the spices well.
* Step 2
Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down. Transfer the masala again to the grinder, add salt, sugar, chaat masala, mango powder, red chilli powder and grind it into a fine powder.
* Step 3
Frying potatoes
Heat oil in a deep pan, add potatoes (cut into fourths) and fry them until crisp and golden brown in colour.Transfer it into a plate. (You can Bake it and shallow fry as well).
* Step 5
Serve immediately.
