Tired of thinking what to cook in snack ??? Or thinking of saving groceries in this situation.

Ingredient

Food ration :

15-16 servings

Cooking time :

10 minutes
2 tbsp

Rice Flour

to taste

Salt

As needed

Oil to deep fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and Soak poha in water for 5 mins and then strain it and drain the excess water.

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl take drained and squeezed poha, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs and all the spices.

* Step 3

Mix them all to make a firm dough. If necessary add little water.

* Step 4

Take a small ball of mixture and press it gently to make a round disk. Now with the help of any cookie cutter give it a shape. (I have used Heart shape).

* Step 5

Do same with the rest of dough and make poha hearts.

* Step 6

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all the POHA HEARTS till golden brown and crisp.

If you want you can pan fry it also.
