Bruschetta

Bruschetta is starter antipasto from Italy which is made with grilled loaf with garlic application and topped up with olive oil and salt. But this has variations too. Like toppings of tomato, veggies, beans,cheese or with non-veg. Here i have topped it with Salsa.

Ingredient

1 tbsp

Olive Oil

4-6 tbsp

Tomato Salsa

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Then place the bread slices on it and brush the olive oil-garlic mixture on top of each slice.

* Step 2

Bake and cook at 180 degree celsius for aboutique 4-5 minutes or till the slices are crisp and golden in colour.

* Step 3

Once cooked, let the bread slices cool down(about a minute or two).

* Step 4

Using a spoon, spread the salsa on top of each bread slice and serve.
