Soy sauce

1/4 tsp

Ginger

1 1/2 tsp

Garlic chopped

2 tbsp

Vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken breast or thighs with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, vinegar, egg, cornstarch, cornflour and oil. Mix all ingredients well and set aside for about an hour.

* Step 2

Take 1 cup of water in a bowl, add 1 tsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce., 2 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tsp tomato ketchup. Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch and mix it well.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces. Don't turn immediately. Let the coating cool well on one side then flip the chicken. And cook from all sides.

* Step 4

Heat oil in a wok and let the smoke comes out of it and add spring onions white. Add chopped ginger and garlic saute for a minute.

* Step 5

Add onions, bell peppers and toss for a while.

* Step 6

After 2-3 minutes add prepared sauce and let it boil.

* Step 7

When it is boiling add fried chicken to it and mix for 40 seconds.
