Chicken Rara

Ingredient

Chicken

2 medium size

Chopped tomato -

2 medium size

Chopped onion -

1 tablespoon

Cumin seeds

2 tablespoons

Ginger garlic paste

1 tablespoon

Turmeric powder

1 tablespoon

Garam masala powder

2 tablespoon

Yogurt

1 teaspoon

Ghee

2 tablespoon

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and onions. Cook till it gets golden in colour.

* Step 2

Add washed chicken to it. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

* Step 3

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it gets tender.

* Step 4

Add black pepper, fennel powder, salt, chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder,Garam masala, Cumin powder, coriander powder.

* Step 5

Add minced chicken and mix it well and cook for 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Add yogurt and cover it. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Chicken Rara is ready to serve.

* Step 7

Garnish with coriander.
