Schezwan Baby Potatoes

Schezwan Baby Potatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preparation: Marinate the baby potatoes with the marination ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes in fridge.

* Step 2

After that deep fry it in ht oil on medium flame until nicely done (don't over fry). Drain it and keep aside.

* Step 3

Keep 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat. Add sugar, ginger and garlic. Saute until golden.

* Step 4

Add chopped bell pepper, schezwan sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce.

* Step 5

Mix well for a minute and add 1/4 cup of hot water in to it.

* Step 6

Add salt; followed by the fried potatoes and Mix well for  a minute to coat the potatoes well with the sauce.

* Step 7

Switch off the flame by sprinkling coriander leaves on top.Serve hot and enjoy the great taste.
