Saffron Pistachio Panna Cotta

Saffron Pistachio Panna Cotta

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

2.5 hours
teaspoon

Sugar –2

2 tablespoon

Milk –

1 tablespoon

Cream –

1 pinch

Saffron –

2 teaspoon

Pistachio –

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash soft paneer and sugar powder till smooth.

* Step 2

Boil 2 tablespoon milk &1 tablespoon cream and a pinch of Saffron together.

* Step 3

Add a big pinch of agag agar powder. Whisk till smooth.

* Step 4

Add paneer mix, cardamom powder and chopped pistachio. Mix well.

* Step 5

In a greased mould add 1/4 teaspoon chopped pistachio. Pour panna cotta mix.

* Step 6

Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator. Unmould and serve.

* Step 7

You can adjust sugar as per taste.
