Pani puri well known as golgappa, phulki, and phuchka, the 'Pani puri' is an amazing street food with a tasty filling and sweet/sour dip. Amazing dish which is liked by people of all age groups.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For puri mix all the ingredients(Semolina, flour, salt and baking powder) and knead the dough.the dough must be soft.
* Step 2
Cover it with a samp cloth.
Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
* Step 3
Prepare pani by grinding all the ingredients into mixer jar. Add Coriander and garlic
* Step 4
Add Cumin,Add green chilli,Salt and hing.
* Step 5
Add Lemon Juice and grind it. After grinding Add 3 cups of water to it and add boondi. PANI is ready.
* Step 6
Heat oil in a pan and divide the dough in two parts.
start rolling a big chapati and cut with round cutter to make puri shapes.
* Step 8
Puri will puff on their own if dough is well prepared.
* Step 9
