Monsoon is here and who don't want deliciously finger licking recipe to treat family and friends. This recipe Cheese Parcel will definitely help to carve the monsoon craving.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and add Onions to saute.

* Step 2

Add crushed garlic, Coriander powder, Turmeric, chilli powder, Roasted cumin powder and saute.Add Coriander leaves finely chopped.

* Step 3

Mix everything well. Add grated Cheese and add in little warm mixture. Keep the mixture to cool.

* Step 4

Take flour, add salt, Turmeric and chilli powder. Add 2 tsp oil and form a dough. Roll the dough and apply little oil as we apply while making Paratha.

* Step 5

Take 1 tsp of filling and keep in the center. Fold from one side.

* Step 6

Apply Cornflour Slurry and fold another side.

* Step 7

Apply Slurry and fold other two sides to make a packet. Now heat a nonstick griddle, spread little oil on it. Keep the prepared Packet on hot griddle.

* Step 8

Turn when first side is cooked little brownish. Apply oil on other side too. Roast both side nice brown. Take out in a serving plate.

* Step 9

Or Can be deep fried. Serve hot with Ketchup.
