Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove the ends of the okra and make a small slit in the each okra being careful to not cut through completely.
* Step 2
Mix Chilli powder, dry mango powder, turmeric, salt, cumin-coriander, jaggery powder, and 1 tablespoon oil to make the spice mix stuffing.
* Step 3
Stuff the spice mix in each okra carefully.
* Step 4
Coat all the okra with a little more oil and any remaining spice mix.
* Step 5
Air fry in the airfryer 350F for 10-12 minutes until the okra have been cooked. Increase the timing to make them more crispy
* Step 6
Finally, garnish with grated coconut, sesame seeds, cilantro and some lemon juice and serve.
