Purslane salad

OK this salad I didn’t make it I went to my friends house and she had it chopped in the Yoghurt but when I Google it a lot of Middle eastern used it in all in their salad (Fattoush salad ) and my friend told me she grow into her yard , I found that you can buy it from Mexican stores so I promise to make few dishes from it

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

5 minutes
32 oz

yoghurt

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1 tablespoon

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash your purslane very good and soak them for hour using 1 tablespoon salt then wash few times they hold a lot of soil

Chop roughly about 2 cups add all ingredients let it set for hour enjoy 😉
