Schezwan chutney
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add hot water and soak red chilli for 2 hours
* Step 2
Once the chillies are soaked transfer into a blender grind a coarse paste
* Step 3
Heat oil add finely chopped garlic ginger and add steams of fresh coriander and fry well
* Step 4
Add chilli paste mix and cook for 3 to 4 mins
* Step 5
Add strained water of chillies cook until water is evaporated
* Step 6
Cook for 2 mins now add salt sugar vinegar soy sauce and black pepper powder
* Step 7
Cook until oil starts floating on the surface your schezwan chutney is now ready
