curd

1/2 tsp

urad daal

1/2 tsp

chana daal

1 tbsp

oil

as per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add cooked rice

* Step 2

Now add curd and mix well

* Step 3

Take a pan heat the oil and once heated add cumin mustard seeds chana daal and urad daal and curry leave.

* Step 4

Once crackle add it into the rice and mix well

* Step 5

Your curd rice is ready you can eat it cold or hot. Ok
