Curry leaf panner curry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take fresh curry leaf sprigs rinse under running water

* Step 2

Pick the leaves off and take them into a bowl

* Step 3

Heat up the pan and add oil

* Step 4

When the oil is hot add cashew nuts, coriander seeds and roast until golden colour

* Step 5

Now add curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies and sauté for 2-3 mins

* Step 6

Transfer them into a grinder and make a fine paste by adding some water

* Step 7

For garam masala, heat a pan and add cloves, cardamons, cinnamon and sauté for a few mins making them into a powder

* Step 8

For curry, heat oil into a pan and add chopped onions and sauté for few mins

* Step 9

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few mins. Next add haldi powder and then salt, red chilli and coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well

* Step 10

Add the curry leaf paste, coconut milk, add some water and boil for few mins

* Step 11

After that add paneer and boil for 2 mins

* Step 12

Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix well

* Step 13

Serve hot and enjoy with roti, paratha or naan
