Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First blanch the palak

* Step 2

In a mixi jar add blanch palak coriander and green chilli and make a pure keep it a side

* Step 3

In a pan heat butter and oil add onion sauté them well until they are brown in colour add ginger garlic paste

* Step 4

Add the capsicum tomatoes and let them cook until they are absolutely mushy add all dry masala and kitchen king masala and salt

* Step 5

Add the all vegetables crumbled paneer and mix well last add spinach and coriander purée with little water mix well and cook for 1 minute

* Step 6

Garnish it with coriander leaves and grated cheese
